I love the uniqueness of each piece with varying colors & patterns in the glaze. I am very happy with the weight as they feel sturdy, and they are a great size to hold more food without spillage. I have had no issues with use in the microwave or dishwasher so far. I do wish that the bottoms of the dishes were smooth as I do worry about scratches to other surfaces/dishes & use dish liners between them when stacking. I had one piece that was cracked upon delivery, however the piece was replaced by the seller. I did have to request this as they initially offered me an $8 credit, which I was not too pleased with on a brand new set of dishes. I had to contact them multiple times to achieve this as the first replacement was never actually shipped. They were very responsive to inquiries, however I honestly did not appreciate being asked to be patient (twice) after requesting the tracking numbers 3 to 4 days after being told I would be provided the tracking information; especially when the first one didn't ship & it took @3 weeks to finally get it. I will say they sent me a new set of 4 of the broken piece, so all is good now. Overall I love theses dishes.One of the bowls in set arrived broken. I contacted the seller and he offered me a discount. I shared that I would prefer to have a new bowl and he immediately sent me an entire set. Thank you so much! And we love the dishes too :)I would like to have 3 replacement bowls sent, instead of sending the whole set back.My set is more blue than green I'd say. But it's beautiful and durable. I had them for few months now and they have no chips (knock on a wood) . Dishwasher and microwave safe. No problems with them. They are not lightweight though. But I like that the set has variety of sizes.Is extra large including the bowls and I love the color combinations. Good quality and we'll go from oven to table if you would like or microwavable as well as dishwasher safe1 single bowl was broken during delivery and I wanted to know if that single bowl can be replaced please see attached photo. I was going to place a return but since all other items came perfect I hope the seller can get back to me just for the bowl. Thank you. Update: Amazon did assist me with my issue and I was able to get my full set again so over all 5 stars for the seller and product. Product was exactly what I expected, looks and feels great. Absolutely loved.These dishes are amazing all around. Very heavy, sturdy, amazing color. My only complaint is they're a touch thick for some dishwasher spots so have to load creatively, but that also makes me feel better about overall quality of them. I love the colour and the glaze. The dinner plates are really large, being a woman I find I use the side plates more than the dinner plates to eat off. The bowls are really deep, would probably hold a good chunk of box of cereal, ideal for hungry teenagers, not really dessert bowls. I don not normally gush over products but I am with this. Sorry forgot to mention the mugs are excellent also, they are latte size, not small. I have only used a couple of times so cannot comment on durability, but had my last set 20 years and still have at least half of the set.,,,, will give an update then!The dinner set is beautiful and just like the pictures. I was worried, as the set is quite cheap, that the product would be inferior to the pictures, but they are very nice indeed! One of the bowls was broken when it arrived, probably in transit as was very well packed, and when I contacted them I received a reply within a day and then a replacement in a couple of days, and without any fuss! Most companies do not want to deal with you after they have had your money, but the person I was corresponding with was very polite and did not make me feel like some criminal trying to get a free a freebie like most companies do, if they even reply at all. I think the best customer service I have had! In all, a pleasure all around. Cheers.Amazing always wanted to move in to a new house and by some squared black plates.These are very very very nice ....They are heavy so they seem even more expensive and good for the illusion of more on your plate.The big size is great for dinner and the small is great for breakfast.Does not fit in microwave larger than usual & is fading on the edges of plates etc. Whilst the colour & shape attracted initial purchase would not have bought if knowing issues.Lovely set, we wanted something different and this certainly is.Excellent delivery, we ordered 3 sets all arrived in time and compkete.Unfortunately 3 weeks later a plate cracked in the dishwasher but contacted the seller who after seeing photographic evidence was very happy to send a replacement which we received 5 days later.Excellent and polite customer service.
