This is a very sturdy and heavy product. It has a lot of variety in vibration speeds / patterns. Seems to be very well built except for the plug. My original triple motor machine would beep and come on (not the vibrations, just the lights). It took us a while to figure out what was happening,but discovered it was where you plug into the machine. It was not the plug, it was actually the machine that seemed to have a short or bad connection. When you jiggled the plug the light would come on and go off. I returned it and received a replacement (return was super simple). My replacement is doing the exact same thing. I really like this machine so I'm going to cross my fingers and hope it doesn't completely die on me. I think the replacement may even be a previous return or refurbish as several items in it were not in the original packaging and just laying on the machine. If you purchase this item, please be aware of the issue I am having.I had read reviews from other vibration plates and people really believed/liked them so I decided to give it a try. Maybe for others but not for me. I didn't like the way the vibration was making me feel. My friend tried it and liked it.This vibration plate is a godsend! I have a lot of health issues that prevent me from a lot of activities. I use it for 10min up to 3 times a day, Doing squats and using resistance bands for upper body, put my hands on each side fordoing planks, sitting on it in sit up position with legs out for ab workout... This has helped me get in my 30 minutes of exercise per day and I'm getting back in shape and losing weight! I follow a low calorie high protein diet eating lean protein and vegetables and some fruits just as I had been and the results are impressive! I have not had any issues with the machines functionality and I highly recommend this product!Broke after 10 DaysUpdated 03/15/21: Reached customer service. they sent out a new fitpulse.the new one is working fine.
