White spots on inside bottom on first use and increased with the second use.updating my review from 4* to 5*Mix vinegar and water, 1:3 and boil in the pot for 5 minutes. Let it cool and wash it with the soft soap and all white spots were gone, giving shiny pot. I loved this product. So much easier to make your recipes and easy cleaning. I highly recommend for the cooking lovers.First, I loved this container because it had several plates I can use at any given time. It is a compact idli container which is pretty on the outside and inside. You can only use two plates at any given time when cooking which is fine.The biggest problem is the finish. There is no way to say this, it is terrible. As I washed the plates and the container, I scratched myself several times because the finishes are not smooth [where joints and bolts are connected]. The finishes poke out and are quite sharp. Beware when you buy this product.This picture is taken from first use of this multi cooker, Flame is between medium and high. Handle plastic is melting.Second use, we encountered the same plastic melting problem.Another problem is with the plate handles, sharp edges need to be handled with care. If not handled properly it easily scratches skin.Other than that, the cooker cooks Idli and Dhokla as expected. 2 plates can be used together.The overall product is nice and easy to use. But it lacks finishing. The edges of the attachments are sharp, the wires are not shaved properly, making it prone to cause cuts. The lid is lose and easily slips off the kadaiIn the very first use it got some white spots .At high flame handle started to melt so you always need to cook on medium flameOnly 2plates can be used at a time.It's a good product. It has mirror finish when new which is very attractive. I prepared mini idlis which came out very good and the size and durability is very good. Recommended..I like it is providing 6 plates. But I also disliked each plate is having 3 handles to lift it.2 handles is better and for mini idly plate 1 handle at the centre is better
