I loved.Loved.LOVED the design but we had to use a clear, plastic plate beneath this beauty because it wasn’t as sturdy as I wanted.Let me first say that the product is beautiful it is silver wood design and the shape is lovely but the product is not very durable. Most of my guest needed at least two plates to hold up their food. And when the plates became moist they started to been even with two plates together. I really wanted to love these and was looking at buying more in the future as I host a lot of events at my home but due to their inability to hold normal amounts of food without becoming flimsy I won’t be able to. If you’re using these with the charger at a sit down event I think they would work out better but in a situation where people are up and mingling it’s Not a very good idea.They are thin but I used them as chargers for centerpieces. They're beautiful plates.These are beautiful plates. I was hoping they would work for an upcoming wedding. The problem is, they are far too flimsy. No way a guest could put food on these from a buffet setting and get to their seat without the food dumping off. I did not anticipate that they would hold a 1# steak but I don't feel they would hold a chicken thigh with a few sides. Very disappointing because they are really pretty.Overall, we were happy with these plates. The smaller ones will hold a slice of cake nicely. The larger ones may need doubling up to hold a full plate of food. It is a shiny metallic silver finish, which is not as apparent in the photos.We needed to double them up in order to carry plate with food or cut food on plateThese are really nice looking plates. The only problem is that we needed them for a men's pot luck and they are very flimsy for carrying. They will be great for a sit-down occasion.Loved these! So pretty for a birthday party. I did use them in the microwave and don’t recommend doing that... pretty sure there’s real foul in these and they shouldn’t be used to re-heat food.Other than that, gorgeous!Lovely disposable dishes for a themed party or if you want to have a slightly fancier event where plastic disposable dishes just wont cut it with the rest of the decor! Felt a shame to throw these away at the end of the day as they were so pretty.
