i have ordered 8 dining plates, 8 sides and 8 bowls I have to say that 20 of them are really nice and well made, good quality but 4 dining plates arrived in a really awful conditions, the surface is all opaque and ruined as they have been washed with an acid or something like that. I don't even know how Amazon allowed them to be delivered also without a proper Alessi's box.Also, I have ordered 24 plates because I needed them for Saturday and know I don't have enough time for the replacement.Good, high quality china. Works well for any occasion and with any other crockery.Piatti molto belli nella semplicità delle linee e di ottima porcellana "Bone China".Finalmente la terza volta li ho ricevuti completi e bene imballati.In precedenza, per due volte, la scatola conteneva un solo piatto anziché quattro.Oppure, ordinati quelli fondi, ancora per due volte sono giunti a pezzi, in una scatola di cartone praticamente senza imballo (un foglio di carta normale tra un piatto e l'altro, in una scatola in cui i piatti ballavano). Non ho ancora osato ripetere l'ordine.Ottima come di consueto l'assistenza Amazon.Optisch schön , zerkratzen jedoch ihre schnell! Das darf es bei Alessi eigentlich nicht geben.
